Project Manager - Airports

Overview

As a Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the successful execution of a single construction project. You'll ensure that the project stays on track in terms of budget, schedule, and quality, meeting both the client's expectations and company standards.

What you will be doing

• Project Leadership: Oversee all aspects of the project, from construction and budgeting to safety and stakeholder management.

• Schedule and Resource Management: Develop and manage the project schedule, resource allocation, and procurement to ensure timely completion.

• Contract and Change Management: Review contracts, negotiate change orders, and manage potential disputes.

• Financial Oversight: Prepare cost forecasts, track project financials, and manage the billing process.

• Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, fostering strong working relationships.

• Safety and Quality: Champion safety practices, ensure quality standards are met, and support the project closeout process.

What we are looking for

• Experienced Professional: 10+ years of construction project management experience and 5+ years of personnel management experience.

• Strong Leader: Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple teams, and a talent for risk mitigation.

• Problem Solver: Analytical thinking, advanced knowledge of MS Office and scheduling software, and the ability to interpret complex documents.

• Effective Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to executive management and public groups.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000 per year + Company Vehicle
