Job Description

Motorola Solutions Germany GmbH are looking for a highly motivated individual for the position of Project Manager with a high degree of expertise and competence for complexity and integration within a large Full Turnkey project within Germany.

Proactively manage, coordinate, and resolve tasks for a German military program with a high level of complexity within the team, own organization, as well as with the customer and third parties such as subcontractors.
Approach integration holistically and consider adjacent aspects.
Serve as a liaison between the service organization and provide support for the establishment of the service organization for German military programs.
Possess knowledge of the German military service organization and its framework agreements.
Advise teams and 3rd parties of services standards, methodologies and processes
Take responsibility for integration and effectively manage integration with all internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate and cooperate with the customer's organization, including all military departments.
Utilize synergies with neighboring programs.
Have technical integration expertise for German military programs.
Have experience in German defense projects with a high level of technical complexity.
Resilience and result orientation are mandatory.
Leadership competencies or a willingness to acquire leadership competencies are desirable.
Fluency in both German and English (a high level of German is mandatory).
Eligibility to live and work in Germany (the role may require obtaining a security clearance).
Maintain a positive attitude towards diversity, equality, and inclusion.

Basic Requirements

Bachelor's or Technician's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Information Systems or 8 years of industry experience
Proven experience in managing for large, complex sub-projects
Ability to write service delivery architecture design documents or review design documents provided by others
Experience of working with customers to understand and drive their complex requirements into the organization.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, problems, concepts and solutions to clients and senior project stakeholders
Experience with public safety technologies, e.g. Tetra or P25, would be an advantage
Knowledge of mobile network architectures and functions would be an advantage
Solid foundation in networking concepts, e.g. routing, switching, IP addressing and internet routing protocols would be an advantage
PMP certification an advantage
Must have a strong interest in high customer satisfaction
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and handle multiple tasks in parallel
