- The Musical Director will select the show in conjunction with the producer
- Create a vision for the show and share it with the production team
- Make all creative decisions for the show with input from the production team
- Design a rehearsal and performance schedule that reflects the needs of the show in conjunction with the production team
- Schedule and run auditions and determine casting
- Lead rehearsals and direct the process
Qualifications:
Musical Theatre/Drama directing experience required
