Responsibilities

• Partners with Purchasing to match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents
• Enters high volume of invoices into Accounts Payable system
• Performs general ledger account coding, vendor identification and balancing of input to invoice
• Assists in weekly check run to ensure timely payments and prompt pay discount
• Processes employee expense reports
• Actively participates in team initiatives, shares knowledge, and supports colleagues to achieve collective departmental and company goals
• Takes ownership of tasks and responsibilities, ensuring consistent follow-through, quality, and timely completion, while contributing to team and organizational goals
• Exhibits a high standard of integrity and dependability in all aspects of work, including conduct, attendance, appearance, and adherence to organizational policies
• Learns, follows, and upholds defined quality procedures, expectations, and standards to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and efficiency

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Working knowledge of three-way match process
• Hands-on experience in ERP system
• Excellent customer service, written & verbal communication skills
• Attention to details and strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet manner
• Computer skills including: Microsoft Office, and ERP (Infor CSI a plus)
• Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis
