Strategic Solution Manager, Invoice to Cash

As an I2C Strategic Solution Manager, you’ll play a critical role in refining product iterations and sharing your deep industry and process expertise across Sales, Professional Services, Marketing, and R&D. Be the driving force behind the next evolution of Esker’s already outstanding I2C offerings—your insights into customer needs will make a lasting impact.
Key responsibilities
- Work with Sales, Pre-Sales Engineers, and other internal departments to understand customers' success criteria and business requirements to aid solution design/recommendation, SOW and project hand-off to professional services team.
- Use deep network and personal research to stay current with market trends; analyze trends and apply results to current and future product improvements; advocate and keep improvements top of mind.
- Bring customer knowledge to solution development; keep Product Owners and R&D up-to-date about evolving market needs; provide clear line-of-sight from customer strategic needs to Esker solutions.
- Participate in speaking engagements (webcasts, conferences, events, etc) using their experience and best practices for the process/Industry.
- Identify and create process improvements for Account Receivable solution implementation, and customer change management
- Demonstrate knowledge of industry reports and benchmarking data and continue to stay up to date on new information. Use materials to update ROI tools and help develop customer business cases.
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting processing, with direct experience in billing, credit, cash application, deductions, payment, and collections processes
- Knowledge of Order to Cash practices.
- Deep understanding of AR solutions gained through direct experience with multiple financial ERP systems.
- Experience documenting and diagraming current and future state processes.
- Deployment of other technology (SaaS, RPA, Artificial Intelligence, BI Tools) for I2C processes.
- Proven networking skills as shown by active membership in vertical and industry groups such as NACM, CRF, AFP.
- Experience working with advisory or consulting firms such as KPMG, Deloitte, Accenture, EY, Genpact & Hackett Group.
- Successfully able to demonstrate value of offered solution, as shown through accounts won.
- Domestic and international travel might be required upwards of 10-15% of the time
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in general business, Finance or Accounting.
- Familiarity with Esker solutions; experience with Esker solution data file requirements and data relationships.
Salary Range: $120,000-140,000 + Incentive
