A role you will love
The Account Associate III independently administers day-to-day business tasks for the most complex issues, relying on policies and procedures to assure accuracy and completeness. As an Account Associate III, you will process the cash movement, debt service payments, and investments associated with bond transactions. You will work with Account Managers on client requests, read and interpret bond documents, and adhere to established controls and procedures. The role provides guidance to more junior specialists/associates.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Ensuring account management is compliant according to policies, procedures, and regulations.
Generating complex spreadsheets and research account data on records’ systems.
Initiate cash movement, investment, and debt service payments.
Maintain client relationships with clients and deal team members.
Collaborate with internal partners to administer bond transactions.

Other key skills required for the role include:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, banking, customer service.
- Previous experience working in trust, legal, corporate finance or other applicable financial service industries, is preferred.
- Ability to interpret and comprehend complex legal documents.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills that can be shared with all levels of professionals, executives, and colleagues.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet established deadlines in a dynamic working environment with minimal supervision.
