Job Overview
The Human Capital team comprises about 20 professionals committed to attracting, developing, and retaining excellent colleagues across the firm. The Benefits and Wellness team supports CRA employees through the administration of our benefits and wellness programs, including health and welfare plans, retirement/pension schemes, and other discretionary and statutory programs. We seek a temporary Benefits Coordinator through June 2024, reporting to the Senior Global Benefits Manager. This is a hybrid role working in our Boston, MA office 3 days a week. You will receive full training and support in preparation for your role at CRA.
- Main point of contact for the Benefits mailbox;
- Advise and educate employees on CRA’s benefits and wellness offerings;
- Resolve benefits-related issues and escalate in a timely manner;
- Maintain and update employee records and benefits files in Workday, including enrollment, life events and departures globally;
- Provide occasional back-up for U.S. Benefits Orientations and assist with global orientations as needed;
- Administer the U.S. Transit Program;
- Assist in the continuity of CRA’s global wellness plan (CRA+), including research and preparing wellness content for monthly newsletters, compile statistical participation data, and maintaining the wellness budget;
- Manage global vendor invoice reconciliation and payment process;
- Provide payroll support, including coordination and audit of employee benefit deductions;
- Maintain intranet content and update as needed;
- Assist with global leaves of absence;
- Support the Director and Senior Global Benefits Manager on projects and initiatives as required;
- Participate in broader Human Capital initiatives and projects as assigned, to support overall team goals of attracting, developing, and sustaining our employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources;
- 1-2 years of work experience as a Benefits Administrator/Specialist/Coordinator or in a similar role;
- Expertise using Microsoft Office Suite to support productivity (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Workday experience is required;
- Professional and confident oral and written communication skills with a diverse audience;
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within a team environment;
- Ability to build relationships across all levels and functional teams of the organization;
- Strong analytic and problem resolution skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Excellent judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA Privacy and Security legislation;
- Must possess a sense of humor.
