Project Coordinator - Renewables

The Opportunity
The Project Coordinator will work under the direction of the Program and Project Managers to assist with the organization, coordination, certification, completion and client relations for utility projects in various life-cycle phases from development through commercial operation.
What You'll Do
- Development and maintenance of system project records, schedules, and resource plans
- Administration of project contracts (including subcontracts), invoices, purchase orders, and change orders
- Project status, cost, and profitability reporting and analysis
- Project cost accounting
- Project document organization, control, and management
- Coordination and management of Requests for Information (RFI’s)
- Coordination and scheduling of project meetings
- Development of meeting agendas and minutes
- Coordination of project deliverables
- Assist Project Managers with general responsibilities and tasks as delegated
What We Expect from You
- A Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years professional experience in a related field preferred
- Prior scheduling experience with Microsoft Project preferred
- Demonstrate the ability to be organized and set priorities to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Must be able to prepare clear and concise status updates and reports as required
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
- Demonstrate excellent leadership, verbal/written communications, time management, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Consistently produce results that meet goals, have high work standards, and understand the business environment and processes
- Achieve results by problem solving, setting priorities and organization
- Strive for individual excellence by seeking challenges and self-development, demonstrating high levels of expertise, and showing commitment, self-confidence, and integrity
- Must have strong quantitative skills with ability to design moderately complex spreadsheet solutions, database queries, and other analytical tools.
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Demonstrates openness to innovation by embracing and applying evolving technology and AI tools to enhance workflows, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement
- Must have authorization to work permanently in the US

Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $67,000 - $90,600
