About the role
Schedule - Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
Responsible for the prompt, courteous and accurate scheduling of patient appointments.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of medical experience, preferably in a hospital-based Imaging department
- Excellent command of verbal and written English
- Excellent communication, customer service and organization skills in interacting with various members of the healthcare team and/or patients
- Detail oriented with the ability to work independently and prioritize as needed
- Ability to problem solve and address scheduling related issues
- Proficiency in technology, including computer, scanner, phone, fax and copy machines
Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:
- Familiarity with medical terminology, preferably Imaging related
- Familiarity with Meditech
- Prior experience with Cerner a plus
Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma
License/Certification:
- N/A
