A new role has just opened within Client Services for an Alternative Investment Support, Associate - 12 month FTC
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution of Capital calls and Distributions for all Private Equity Funds
- Analysis and communication of Private Equity capital call payments and investment distributions;
- Co-ordination of secondary market trading for private equity and property investments;
- Pricing and reconciliation of private equity and property investments;
- Compilation of Complex annual tax statements for client investments in private equity products;
- Liaising with Life Assurance Companies on alternative investments structures through life wrappers;
- Comply with the Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies and procedures associated with the role.
Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience ideally in the Private Equity/Funds industry.
- 3rd level Degree in Business related discipline;
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, flexible outlook and a high level of initiative and enthusiasm;
- Prior experience in the Funds industry or similar would be an advantage;
- Strong administration and organisational skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Tax and/or accounting experience would be an advantage;
- Commitment to personal development;
- Excellent customer service and communication skills;
- Proven ability to work to tight deadlines;
