A new role has just opened within Client Services for an Alternative Investment Support, Associate - 12 month FTC

Key Responsibilities:

• Execution of Capital calls and Distributions for all Private Equity Funds

• Analysis and communication of Private Equity capital call payments and investment distributions;

• Co-ordination of secondary market trading for private equity and property investments;

• Pricing and reconciliation of private equity and property investments;

• Compilation of Complex annual tax statements for client investments in private equity products;

• Liaising with Life Assurance Companies on alternative investments structures through life wrappers;
• Comply with the Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies and procedures associated with the role.

Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience ideally in the Private Equity/Funds industry.
• 3rd level Degree in Business related discipline;
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, flexible outlook and a high level of initiative and enthusiasm;

• Prior experience in the Funds industry or similar would be an advantage;

• Strong administration and organisational skills;

• Excellent attention to detail;

• Strong MS Excel skills
• Tax and/or accounting experience would be an advantage;

• Commitment to personal development;

• Excellent customer service and communication skills;

• Proven ability to work to tight deadlines;
