The Opportunity:
The Vice President of Product Management for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the development, enhancement, and execution of RCM product strategies. This position requires a deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes, technology trends, and customer needs. The VP will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that optimize revenue, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Essential Job Functions
- Define and prioritize RCM product features based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Lead cross functional teams to design build and launch new products and enhancements to solutions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that meet those needs
- Define and prioritize the product road map ensuring it aligns with the company’s overall strategy
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up to date on industry trends and advancements
- Develop and maintain partnerships with key technology vendors to ensure the company's technology platform remains cutting edge
- Manage and motivate a team of product managers and technical staff to deliver platform enhancements and new products on time and within budget
- Monitor product performance, analyze data, and iterate on features to drive continuous improvement
- Provide leadership and direction to the technology platform team, setting goals and expectations, and creating a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Employment Qualifications:
Desired Work Experience
- 10+ years of experience in technology product management, including 5+ years in healthcare technology
- People Leadership Experience
- Proven track record of leading cross functional teams to deliver complex technology solutions

Desired Education
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience
Preferred focus: Healthcare or Business
Other Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes, healthcare technology, payer/provider interactions.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA, CMS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to think creatively and outside the box to solve complex problems
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, set goals and expectations, and create a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

- Product Strategy & Vision - Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company goals, market trends, and customer needs. Lead the creation and execution of a product roadmap for that drives innovation and market leadership.
