BAS (Building Automation Systems) Project Manager

A leading controls firm is seeking a Controls Project Manager in Houston, TX. In this role, you will oversee Building Automation System (BAS) projects, manage project execution from concept to completion, and support sales efforts. You should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in BAS, strong analytical and leadership skills, and hands-on experience with related systems. Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
Hands-on experience with HVAC systems and electrical systems.
Responsibilities
Lead project teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Manage BAS projects from conceptualization through completion.
Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labor.
