Position Summary

We are hiring an Off-Shift Assembly Lead to support our second-shift production team. This role is ideal for individuals with prior team leadership or supervisory experience — regardless of industry. No prior assembly experience is required; we provide on-the-job training. Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are required.

Responsibilities

· Lead and support a team of production employees during the 2nd shift (hours are 6:00pm - 2:30am)

· Ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety procedures are met 

· Provide real-time coaching, guidance, and team motivation 

· Monitor workflows and resolve day-to-day production or personnel issues 

· Assist with training new team members 

· Communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, and other departments 

· Complete shift-end reports and documentation
 

Requirements

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in any setting (manufacturing, retail, warehouse, food service, etc.)  
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills  
• Organized and dependable with a positive, problem-solving attitude  
• Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure  
• Willingness to learn new processes; no assembly experience required  
• Comfortable with basic computer entry and documentation
