The Project Manager manages and coordinates internal (Control Account Managers, Work Package Managers, etc) and external (Customer, suppliers, sub-contractors, partners) dedicated teams by involving the following associated teams: Sales, finance, contract management, Engineering, Deployment, Safety, etc.
Directs the project activities (including those relating to risks & opportunities) to reach completion of the project regarding its technical, industrial, financial, and customer satisfaction aspects.
This responsibility is exercised from signature of the contract through to the project completion period in terms of organization, time frame, workload, budget, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acts within the boundaries of the contract with the full authority to deliver the object of the contract to the customer and to deliver the targeted margin to Company.
- Leads the Project Core Team in the successful completion of their assigned tasks within schedule, allocated budgets and scope to the required quality. The Project Manager will lead the project and cope with the unique challenge of continually focusing on a pro-active management that the functions keep their delegated budgets, meet their schedules and deliver on their obligation. The Project Manager shall lead the team with the view of the full project including areas outside own division and the overall impact on COMPANY performance.
- Responsible to apply the key Project Management Processes and the applicable tools for the implementation, and is accountable for the strict and efficient application thereof.
- Ensure that all Project Core Team members have sufficient financial and reporting governance and to ensure all risks and opportunities are properly addressed and mitigated.
Key Requirements:
- College or University graduate or equivalent working experience, Engineering degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years Project/Operational Management experience.
- Working experience either in Project Management, Bids, Sales, Contracts & Legal, Procurement, Engineering or Operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or IPMA certification
Salary Range: $114,061 - $145,646
