Winnebago Towables is seeking a Quality Manager to join our team in Middlebury, IN. The Quality Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, sustaining, and continually improving processes and programs that ensure product quality meets design and customer specifications as well as regulatory requirements.

 Primary Objective of Position:

  • Partner with all functional areas of Winnebago Towables to ensure quality improvement programs and plans are in place and are being executed appropriately.
  • Create and drive a culture of building quality into the processes utilizing PFMEA tools to anticipate manufacturing and supplier risks and develop processes to control risk and solve identified quality issues with root cause corrective actions.
  • Ensure training and tools are in place to fully support and comply with the corporate QMS.
  • Create metrics and tracking processes to monitor product and process quality, identify quality trends and drive root cause.
  • Provide site ownership of all regulatory activities.

 Preferred Experience and Education:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Quality leadership in a durable goods manufacturing environment that included complex sub-systems and mechanisms.
  • RVIA compliance knowledge and experience preferred.
  • Experience and proficient in developing and maintaining PFMEA.
  • Proven experience working with failure analysis, root cause identification and corrective action definition/implementation.
