Senior IT Project Manager

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for a consultancy engagement within a clients PMO department. This role entails overseeing and coordinating cross-functional project teams involved in various large-scale initiatives. The successful candidate will join Keystone Solutions as a consultant and work on-site at the clients location, facilitating and managing complex, multi-departmental projects that extend beyond IT.

Project Scope:

The consultant will spearhead diverse strategic projects that may include:

• SAP migration efforts
• Development and deployment of traveler-centric mobile applications aimed at enhancing the travel experience
• Implementation of new sales and payment channels
• Provision of real-time information for stations and mobile units

Given the scale and intricacy of these projects, Keystone seeks a highly experienced Project Manager adept at collaborating with stakeholders from different sectors and organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading cross-functional teams comprising architects, analysts, developers, and other experts.
• Managing budgets and overseeing effective resource allocation.
• Facilitating change management processes.
• Engaging with suppliers and handling supplier relationship management.
• Navigating public procurement requirements and business-critical administrative tasks using Office 365 collaboration tools.

Language Proficiency Requirements:

• French or Dutch: Excellent (native/bilingual proficiency)
• Second language (French or Dutch): Good
• English: Full professional proficiency

Additional Information:

• Mission Duration: The engagement may extend up to 880 working days, including any initial contract duration.
• Location: On-site presence required 2-3 days per week.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 20 years in IT project management
• Proven experience in public transport or a related sector
• Expertise in both software and infrastructure aspects of industrial IT
• Strong budget management and experience handling business requirements
• Certifications:
  • Prince 2 certification (mandatory)
  • CMMI certification (preferred)
  • Proven SAP implementation experience; SAP certification preferred
• Advanced or expert-level proficiency in change management, CRM systems, and supplier relationship management
