Barbaricum seeks an Administrative Support Specialist to provide support to Barbaricum's growing support to the Naval Surface Warfare Center - Crane. This individual will provide administrative support to management and technical personnel.  Duties may include:  project monitoring, mail services, recorkeeping, and data input. They will use a variety of software applications to compose reports, presentations and correspondence essential to efficient task execution, and will summarize data from files/documents, and ensure site personnel meet organizational suspenses.    

Qualifications

  • DoD Secret Clearance required
  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge and proficiency of selected computer applications (ex: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
