We are hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to play a key role in scaling Yepoda's global performance engine across paid channels.
This role sits at the heart of our growth, driving efficient customer acquisition across prospecting, conversion and retargeting. You will work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing and Head of CRM to ensure strong alignment between acquisition and long term customer value.
This is a hands on role with real ownership, ideal for someone who enjoys both execution and strategic thinking.
Your Tasks
Own the day to day management and optimisation of performance marketing channels including paid social (Meta, TikTok), paid search (Google Search, Shopping, PMax), affiliate and emerging platforms
Execute and continuously optimise campaigns to drive efficient customer acquisition and improve CAC, ROAS and blended MER
Manage budgets, pacing and bidding strategies across channels and markets
Run structured testing across creatives, audiences, formats and landing pages to improve performance — including a clear creative briefing and feedback process in close collaboration with the creative team
Work closely with CRM, Brand and Analytics teams to align acquisition with lifecycle and LTV
Translate performance data into actionable insights to improve channel performance and inform broader growth decisions
Own performance reporting infrastructure across channels and markets, ensuring clear visibility for senior leadership at all times
Support the development of scalable processes, testing frameworks and best practices for the wider team
Mentor and elevate junior team members through structured feedback and knowledge sharing
Stay up to date with platform changes, algorithm updates and new opportunities across channels
Your Profile
6+ years experience in performance marketing within a high growth DTC, ecommerce or consumer business or agency
Strong hands on experience across paid social and paid search platforms, especially Meta Ads Manager (CBO/ABO, broad vs. interest targeting, creative testing frameworks) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax)
Experience with TikTok Ads Manager; Pinterest Ads a plus
Familiarity with MTA and attribution tools such as Northbeam, Triple Whale or Rockerbox
Solid understanding of GA4 for conversion tracking and channel reporting; basic understanding of Meta CAPI and server-side setup
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, cohort analysis, modelling); experience with Looker Studio or Tableau for dashboard building; SQL a plus
Experience with creative operations tools such as Airtable or Notion for briefing and sprint tracking; Motion App for creative performance analytics a plus
Familiarity with Figma at a review and feedback level, and a basic understanding of Shopify funnel dynamics and conversion levers
Solid understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, blended MER and the ability to allocate budgets across channels while evaluating efficiency trade-offs
Analytical mindset with experience in testing, attribution and performance reporting
Strong stakeholder management skills — able to communicate channel strategy clearly to senior leadership, flag risks early and propose solutions
Comfortable working across multiple channels and markets
Strong ownership mentality, proactive and able to operate independently
Scaling mindset — able to contribute to building systems, processes and team capability beyond day-to-day execution; knows when to go deep vs. delegate or automate
Fluent in English; native fluency in a key European market language (e.g. German, French, Italian) strongly preferred
