Commercial Solutions own the discovery, negotiating and activation of partnerships, our overall commercial strategy as an organization, as well as the sourcing, development and commercialization of new products/solutions. Business Strategy shapes & drives the strategic direction of the Amplifi organization. These teams work closely together to deliver against the Amplifi vision.

Job Description

The Manager, Client Growth will play an important supporting role in delivering organic and new business growth across Amplifi’s client base. Reporting into the Business Director, you will support the strategic execution of innovation-driven plans, contribute to commercial analyses, and help build enablement and growth-focused materials. 

You will combine client needs with go-to-market strategies and help surface new revenue opportunities through a lens of innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities 

• Support identification and activation of organic growth and new business opportunities 

• Partner with external client leads and internal team members to turn ideas into tangible, client-ready solutions 

• You will assist in translating client goals into innovative briefs that tailor Amplifi offerings 

• Develop internal and external enablement materials (e.g. capabilities overviews, case studies, pitch decks) 

• Help create commercial value propositions and business cases for new offerings 

• Conduct commercial analysis to assess opportunity sizing and ROI 

• Help with project management across innovation-driven projects (e.g. modern video, marketplace and retail media, etc.) 

• You will coordinate across teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines

• Monitor and report on campaign and solution performance, using insights to inform optimization and scaling 

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends across digital media and technology

• Participate in knowledge sharing across the broader Amplifi team 

Qualifications 

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the industry, in strategic client-facing roles, within digital media, marketing or advertising 

• Experience managing innovation-driven projects, specifically in modern video, digital media, and innovation channels

• Deep understanding of digital media landscapes, including video (OTT, CTV, social video, etc.) 

• Experience in project management, including scope, budget, and timeline management with a track record of successful project delivery 

• Ability to manage multiple project management tools, collaboration platforms, and analytics dashboards

• Comfortable working in an agile environment and collaboration with diverse teams 

Additional Information

This is a hybrid position, with the main office location being New York City.

The annual salary range for this position is $62,100 - $83,375 /year.

Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
