University City Housing is seeking Lifeguards for this season for our busy apartment communities!
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have LIFEGUARD/FIRST AID/CPR/AED CERTIFICATION
- Must have or be willing to complete PA Clearances
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Swimming endurance and stamina
- Adequate hand-eye coordination
- Ability to tread water without using arms for 1 minute
- Ability to carry, lift and swim with objects up to 50 pounds or heavier
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the pool and pool deck
- Insuring the safety of our residents and guests at the pool
- Enforce all company policies of our three pools and pool areas
- Complete daily and hour logs of chemical readings of the pools
- Inspect the facility and area to ensure that any unsafe conditions are reported
