This position is 100% remote.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Architecting/designing/building OneStream solutions that meet customer requirements 
• Leading scoping and sizing of work
• Translating business requirements into OneStream models and technical designs
• Applying advanced theoretical knowledge of Computer Science and Engineering principles to proficiently design, develop, write, test, troubleshoot, and document code and interfaces for financial management applications using the OneStream XF platform
• Designing, developing, and troubleshooting a variety of components that include security models, event processes, custom dashboards, reports, business rules, and member formulas, with a focus on enhancing system functionality and efficiency
• Actively leading various phases of the software development cycle, ranging from systems analysis and design to development, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation, to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions
• Designing and creating financial reports and dashboards based on specific client requirements while adhering to industry best practices to ensure the delivery of accurate and meaningful insights
• Identifying potential project risks, providing risk mitigation options, and escalating unresolved risks to project management to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on project timelines
• Identifying and resolving issues and challenges related to OneStream applications in collaboration with the Project Manager and development team
• Designing and building data conversion and data load artifacts throughout various project phases, to ensure smooth data migration and accuracy
• Continually expanding your knowledge of OneStream through comprehensive training, financial processes, and industry best practices, to stay abreast of the latest trends and enhance your professional growth
• Working in an agile environment, applying agile practices, and actively participating in daily stand-ups and scrum activities to foster collaborative and efficient project management

Basic Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Information Systems or related field
• 8+ years minimum of work experience in systems design, development and deployment of COTS products
• 3+ years of relevant OneStream experience
• Familiar with C# or VB.NET, to handle technical requirements of the role
• SQL experience with SQL Server or Oracle databases, to manage and manipulate data effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, to navigate through complex situations and provide effective solutions
• Ability to lead various phases of the software development cycle, including systems analysis, architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation
• Ability to mentor junior consultants
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders
