As our Senior Manager, Executive Compensation & Equity Programs, you’ll sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and governance—owning programs that are competitive, shareholder-aligned, and built to support our evolving business. This is a high-impact role with direct visibility to senior leadership, the Compensation Committee, and Board of Directors. The Senior Manager, Executive Compensation & Equity Programs, will lead the executive pay strategy and equity programs to ensure our programs are market-competitive, shareholder-aligned, and built for scale. This role will provide subject matter expertise input to develop the executive compensation strategy in alignment with the business goals and objectives. From Board-facing materials to proxy filings, this role will be at the center of strategy and execution.
The ideal candidate will be able to commute to the Tinton Falls, NJ headquarters as needed, living in the tri-state area strongly preferred.
What you'll do:

Design and manage executive compensation programs in line with business goals and governance requirements.

Serve as a key architect of our annual proxy/CD&A disclosures, market benchmarking, and incentive plan modeling.

Own stock administration, collaborating with Payroll, Legal, and Finance to deliver a seamless participant experience.

Partner on Compensation Committee deliverables—from modeling and proposals to storytelling and executive summaries.

Advise on equity strategy, burn rate, dilution, and global share planning.

Monitor regulatory developments (e.g., SEC, Nasdaq, Dodd-Frank) and provide guidance to senior leadership.

Who you are:

8–10 years of compensation experience, including 2+ years at an executive compensation consulting firm (e.g., FW Cook, Pay Governance, WTW, Mercer, Compensia).

Deep knowledge of incentive design, equity vehicles, and executive pay trends.

Strong technical skills: Excel wizardry, sharp presentations, and a head for complex modeling.

Experience with Workday and equity platforms like E*TRADE, Fidelity, or Morgan Stanley Shareworks a plus.

A clear communicator who can translate data into compelling narratives for stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytic ability and advanced skills with analytic tools, especially MS Excel, Access, etc.; mastery of formula-based functions such as v-lookups, data manipulation, and pivot tables

Strong business acumen / financial knowledge

Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship building and presentation skills

Must possess strong Compensation Communications experience
