Job Description
Sia is seeking a quality senior resource in the area of Performance Management to assist in the calculations of Pre/Post-Tax performance of portfolios/composites and to interface with the technical teams from a business perspective.
- Project Manage and/or support on a range of client delivery, as part of an on-site or remote project team
- Apply subject matter expertise from a domain, product, functional or technical perspective
- Conduct effective meetings
- Collaborate with internal and client project team members, and contribute to internal communications and readiness activity within the program team and with client groups
- Provide status reporting of progress, dependencies, issues, risks and overall program health
- Maintain program sites as a repository for all project information
- Contribute to the development of high-quality and timely deliverables
- Perform subject matter research and business analysis
- Assist in the coordination and development of client proposals
- Support practice, thought leadership, and people development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Finance, Accounting, Management
- Previous management consulting experience required
- 3+ years’ experience working within the Financial Services Industry
- Performance Reporting Roadmap
- Extent Performance Reporting Capabilities
- Be a "specialized SME in performance measurement" and "supplement the Product area on a near-term basis".
- Assist in the development of Business Requirements, Controls, Policies & Procedures
- The resource would work "with mostly tech folks" and work on creating a "Performance Center of Excellence" and need a "business lens" day to day.
- Educate group "with experience in the performance reporting space".
- Assist team(s) in creating: Scope of the Group, Business Requirements, a "robust" roadmap, and help with "in-process projects".
- This is a "tactical" and a "strategic" role to assist with project delivery, new capabilities, define the scope of new projects, buildout a capabilities roadmap.
- Agile PM methodology shop
Location: Mostly remote with some visits to Boston or Smithfield "on occasion" but not required.
MUST sit in one of Sia's office locations to be considered for FTE opportunity.
