Overall Purpose: Responsible for designing, supporting, and/or administering compensation programs that align with organizational objectives and achieve attraction and retention of talent.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Compensation Strategy Development: Supporting the design and implementation of compensation strategies that align with the organization’s goals, including base pay, incentive plans and equity options.
• Consultation: Providing consultation to partners and/or clients on compensation-related issues and offering strategies to meet their needs.
• Data Analysis: Utilizing data analysis techniques to assess compensation data, interpret patterns & trends, optimize compensation systems, and make informed recommendations for overall enhancements. Conducting research to understand current compensation trends and practices within the industry.
• Policy and Compliance: Ensuring compensation practices comply with country, federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Supporting processes related to Client and/or Job Alignment, Job Evaluations and Pricing, Organization Design, Annual Merit Administration, Salary Recommendations, Project Management, Process Improvement, Salary Surveys, and/or Retention Administration.


Job Contribution: An experienced professional with advanced, interdisciplinary knowledge, resolving difficult and complex issues using broad professional concepts. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 3+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.

Our Senior Compensation Consultant earn between $96,000 - $144,000 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
