Summary:
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters who support our subsidiaries in preparing and submitting proposals for federal contracts. You will collaborate closely with proposal managers, business development teams, and subsidiary leaders across Goldbelt to ensure the timely and successful delivery of high-quality proposals that meet client requirements and objectives.
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of federal contracting processes and requirements with an emphasis on bids and proposals as it related to talent acquisition
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations surrounding hiring
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools and technologies
- Ability to embrace change, learn quickly, and thrive in a dynamic corporate environment
- Skill in working harmoniously within cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Possesses attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically, both verbally and in writing, with co-workers and with outside agencies, partners, shareholders, and business associates
- Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity, with the ability to adapt messages and strategies for diverse audiences
- Basic understanding of relevant software, tools, and systems used in the corporate environment. This includes a proficiency in standard software applications, including Windows and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field OR equivalent combination of education/experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience providing recruitment support for an organization that is an active US government contractor
- Experience working in a high-volume, matrixed environment required
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within iCIMS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Previous experience working with Alaska Native Corporations (ANCs) and/or previous exposure to Alaska Native cultures
- Previous government contracting experience
- Bids and Proposals, Business Development, and/or Mergers and Acquisitions experience a plus
Pay and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $125,000 annually.
