Plant WD | Finishing Lead | Shift 2

Position Overview

Responsible for assisting the supervisor in the daily operation of the shift.

Essential Duties:

• Maintain a working knowledge of all jobs in the coater department in order to relieve, replace or assist in employee absences

• Provide instructions/directions/guidance to all line personnel

• Perform Tuftbind and Delamination test when needed

• Fill in for supervisor when needed

• Perform periodic weight checks

• Respond to any issues that arise during the shift
