YOUR TASKS

• You develop individual solutions to overcome challenges resulting from the digitization of existing business models and the development of new ones.
• You lead innovative strategy projects at top management level in a promising and international working environment.
• You work on digital topics of the future in an international Capgemini network.
• You are up to date on trends around technologies & shared services and have an understanding of impacts on different business areas and models of SAP S/4 Hana, Cloud Transition, Central Finance.
• You enjoy combining digital topics, strategic analysis and implementation work as well as the ability to think conceptually and analytically.

YOUR PROFILE

• More than five years of relevant professional experience, including at least four years in a consultancy or in industry as part of an in-house consulting team with an exclusive focus on strategic transformation and improvement projects (cross-divisional) with a focus on ERP, platform and technology strategy/ transformation
• Fluent spoken and written German
• Proficient knowledge of SAP S4/Hana, cloud migration, strategic technology transformation  in financial domain – SAP finance and controlling, from implementation perspective.
• Have a good understanding of SAP S4/Hana  best practices in FICO domain. You are up to date on trends around technologies & business processes in this area, have an understanding of impacts on different business models, of SAP S/4 Hana, Cloud Transition, Central Finance
• Understanding of improvements and value proposition of SAP in FICO domain.
• You enjoy combining digital topics, strategic analysis and implementation work as well as the ability to think conceptually and analytically
• Leadership skills and experience in personnel responsibility; experience in leading performance-oriented teams, experience in building teams
• Ideally: experience in customer acquisition of strategic transformation projects
• Experience in personal consulting of CFOs in organizations, as well as a "thought partner/ advisor" on current trends in the areas of technology strategy, enterprise transformation, cloud, SAP S4/ HANA, ideally a strong profile as an expert on common digital transformation topics
• Strong presentation and communication skills in the English-speaking international environment
• Pronounced willingness to travel (travel at home and abroad up to a maximum of 30% (50% in exceptional cases)
