Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities.  Our facilities are capable of receiving, storing, processing and dispatching cargo, so we can build flexibility and resilience into the supply chain process. Our integrated solutions allow us to be prepared for supply chain risks, so we can plan distribution to better achieve lead time and goals despite unexpected conditions. Summary: Portfolio, Program & Project Management includes roles focused on delivering organizational projects/programs.

Responsibilities:

• Capable of managing large construction projects and multiple construction trades simultaneously

• Experienced in general construction (electrical, mechanical, plumbing) and familiar with local and state construction laws and regulations.

• Experienced with installation of automated conveyor systems, all types of racking systems and mezzanines and platforms.

• Responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed successfully, safely, within defined timeframes, and budgets.

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, requirements, and priorities.

• Develop project execution strategies with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality.

• Maintain detailed project execution plans, including schedules, budgets, scope of work, deliverables, risks, and mitigation strategies.

• Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and suppliers regarding project scope.

• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely acquisition and delivery of materials.

• Monitor activities against schedules, tracking costs, and addressing potential risks.

• Develop and implement recovery plans for schedule deviations and unforeseen events.

• Lead project team meetings to facilitate effective communication and coordination

Experience:

• 3-5 years of relatable experience

Pay Range:        

$115,000 - $125,000* 
 

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.  The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
