Responsibilities:

• Origination and execution of end to end Private Equity, M&A and structured finance transactions.

• Identifying the opportunities in the Market

• Sector specialist: Having deep understanding of particular sector/s and able to create the business opportunities in those sectors.

• Work closely with clients on mandated transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and capital raising.

• Strategizing for raising / restructuring of resources for clients.

• Making effective high pitch presentation to Companies.

• Making presentations at firm and industry- or product-focused seminars, conferences and other similar events.

• Working closely with clients on funding feasibility, financial modelling, business planning relating to acquisitions, strategy, capital planning and other corporate objectives.

• Strong relationships with C-suite officers and Boards of Directors for public and private companies  

• Motivating and managing teams to achieve business targets.
