Nintendo’s Publisher and Developer Relations team is responsible for 3rd party content acquisition, account, and portfolio management within North America, with a mission focus on advocacy, ambassadorship, and amplification of quality licensed content for Nintendo platforms.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to monitor operational workflow, communicate effectively with internal and external partners, and analyze and resolve publisher account issues. You will display strong critical thinking skills to support continuous process improvements which help optimize systems and processes.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Registers, tests, and releases weekly software launches and updates.
- Works with project team to update and optimize the content management systems.
- Works with partner teams to ensure timely release of new titles, updates and download codes.
- Tests and verifies new tool integrations and updates.
- Reports and tracks operation tool bugs.
- Proofreads copy, confirms specifications and registers digital content.
- Identifies and resolves digital distribution issues.
- Supports continuous process improvement activities to optimize systems and increase productivity.
- Supports initiatives such as Nintendo Switch Online, Nintendo News, download codes, Gold Point program, and price promotions.
