Maintenance Tech| Full-Time

Description

Responsible for repair, service, and operation of building equipment, as well as building maintenance/repairs. Troubleshoot and repair worn and defective parts on mechanical equipment and refer problems to the supervisor for scheduled repair. Inform the supervisor and appropriate personnel of problems.  

Requirements

A. Ability and willingness to demonstrate and maintain competency as required for job title and the unit/area(s) of assignment. 

B. Ability to complete physical work activities as defined above

D. Demonstrate or verbalize proper procedures in responding to fire drills (RACE), codes, and disasters, hazardous spills.

F. Mission; Code of Behavior; Code of Business and Ethical Practices; attend and document required education.

G. Demonstrate or state an understanding of standard precautions appropriate for the assigned position and the environment in which it is located.
