Job Description
Sixt is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to ensure that all current and new eLearnings and learning content is up to date for the entire US. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional written and verbal skills
What you will do:
- Design and develop the employee learning experience by consulting with our Global Learning department
- Ensure all training programs are re-designed to virtual blending learning programs and determine the appropriate training solutions for the desired outcome
- Determine the cost and manage the project timelines for training development for the US and follow up using a project board for all pending projects including
- Delegate tasks to team members assigned with supporting content creation
- Use the current software to produce and implement training in the Learning Management System to ensure that the company can track and measure compliance and improve communication and tracking on learning
- Oversee and train the proper team members on the execution and requirements in the LMS system
- Measure the success of training solutions to ensure that training is effective
- Determine the appropriate training solution for the business needs
- Oversee the quality of all training content to meet the standards of the company branding requirements
Qualifications
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1 + years of experience in a comparable function
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with online content curation (Blog, Website, eLearning)
- Demonstrated knowledge of the learner-centered approach to education, learning styles, interactivity, feedback, testing, and evaluation
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
