Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $121,500 to $202,500.

Position Details
The Sr Mgr, Routing Optimization is responsible & accountable for designing our standard work for aligning field team members to service customer sites, which will serve as the foundation for new technology, as well as monitoring, measuring, and improving our current workforce productivity. This includes proactively evaluating current routing models to understand performance and potential opportunities to optimize, while understanding and minimizing disruption. This role will partner with the field and technology teams to develop, design, test and implement new routing models.  This position will partner with field leaders to execute strategies and present operational plans that drive the right level of service at the right cost.     You Will
