We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager, Digital Optimization, to join our team. This role involves the coordination of digital tests, ensuring they meet deadlines, specs, and compliance standards. You'll help manage the testing queue, edit and submit digital experience compliance filings, create design and engineering tickets, and prepare and report on test status and results. This role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager, Digital Optimization. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a prioritized and detailed queue of tests, ensuring timely execution and adherence to set deadlines. 
• Prepare and submit compliance filings for all digital experiences, meet with relevant compliance stakeholders to collect and incorporate feedback. 
• Work with Engineering teams, submitting tickets for smooth technical implementation of digital optimization tests. 
• Collaborate with Data Science and Marketing Analytics to develop dashboards or when possible, create them yourself. 
• Conduct thorough quality checks to guarantee accurate and timely launches of digital optimization tests. 
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any issues during testing. 
• Maintain meticulous documentation for each digital optimization test, capturing crucial insights, results, and lessons learned. 
• Effectively communicate project updates to stakeholders. 
• Ensure the scheduled launch of all digital optimization tests, preemptively identifying and managing potential delays or obstacles to keep projects on track. 

Preferred Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in project management in marketing, product management, or related digital experience roles. 
• Understanding of optimization strategies, especially in the realms of marketing and digital lead generation. 
• Experience working in highly regulated industries, such as financial services or insurance, is highly desirable. 
• Familiarity with compliance processes and requirements within regulated sectors. 
• Demonstrated ability to work with Engineering teams - submitting and managing tickets for digital optimization test implementations. 
• Proficiency in understanding and interpreting technical requirements. 
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. 
• Ability to thrive in a process-driven environment, ensuring efficient and effective project management.
