THE JOB: 

The Fountain Worker III is focused on enhancing the guest experience by delivering exceptional customer service.  You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY RATE:  $14.64 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and items on the menu

• Take and place order, serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable

• Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house area, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests

• Pack and complete order as per guests’ preference with necessary condiments

• Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment

• Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders in designated storage maintaining organization

• Stock and replenish supplies and machines as needed

• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management,

• Notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft

• Perform other job-related duties as requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High school diploma, GED or educational equivalent

• Food Handler’s card and Alcohol Awareness card

• Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds

• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays

• Two (2) years of experience as a food handler

• Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
