Coordinator, Business Operations

Summary

We are seeking a Coordinator, Business Operations who will provide operations support to the Texas Child Health Access Through Medicine - TCHATT initiative. The selected candidate will report directly to the TCHATT Program Administrator, providing operations support and execution on administrative tasks fom the grant funded initiative. Day to day duties will include supporting and coordinating daily operations, and working with external stakeholders.

Job Duties

• Manages and facilitates purchases for TCHATT. Streamlines procurement processes and ensures efficient resource allocation. 
• Maintains organized files and documents related to the programs. 
• Performs other administrative duties as assigned.meeting minutes to appropriate personnel across a dozen institutions. 
• Facilitates effective communication between teams and stakeholders.
• Assists in coordinating and organizing work groups.
• Provides support in coordinating various tasks related to COSH and TCHATT initiatives.
• Manages the procurement and distribution of TCHATT merchandise.
• Coordinates TCHATT's participation in conferences.
• Manages and facilitates purchases for COSH and TCHATT.
• Streamlines procurement processes and ensures efficient resource allocation. 
• Maintains organized files and documents related to the programs.
• Performs other administrative duties as assigned. 

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Two years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
