Job Title: Bilingual Store Manager

Our company is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Store Manager to lead our sales team and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of success in sales management.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service

- Coach and train the sales team on effective selling techniques and product knowledge

- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales

- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times

- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain a positive and professional work environment for all employees

Requirements:

- Bilingual in English and Spanish

- Proven track record of success in sales management

- Strong leadership and coaching skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Requirements

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Retail sales management or customer service management experience.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/ exceed sales quotas.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $15.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days
