In the past few years, Lincoln has progressively improved their project delivery with an adaptive approach utilizing both agile and waterfall project delivery methodologies. This role will have the privilege of further enhancing Lincoln's delivery across all lines of business.
 
As the Business Analyst, you will work alongside Business SME(s) in identifying opportunities to implement systems, automation solutions and processes that enable stakeholders in achieving goals. Your main tasks will include developing business requirements, documenting processes, and will assist with or contribute to the development of user acceptance testing scripts and testing. To succeed in this role, you should possess a natural analytical way of thinking, attention to detail, act as liaison between Technical and Business teams in articulating complex concepts.

•    Analyze and document detailed requirements from business users and translate into clear, well defined actionable items for technical teams
•    Evaluate business processes, uncover areas for improvement, develop and implement efficient solutions
•    Perform User Acceptance testing (If required)
•    Facilitate requirements communication, manage expectations, be responsive with customer communication and build sustainable relationships
•    Ensure Operations is ready for implementation with training materials

Must-haves:
•    Proven ability to analyze, document business / functional requirements and validate solution
•    Excellent organization skills with ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
•    Strong communication, negotiation, relationship building, interpersonal skills
•    Competent to consider most business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment
•    Knowledge of Annuity administrative systems and processes 
•    4 Year/bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of bachelor's) 

 

Nice-to-haves:  
•    Financial Services experience
•    Annuity New Business systems experience
•    Agile and/or Waterfall delivery experience

The pay range for this position is $69,000 - $124,600 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees.  In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business
