Do you have a passion for streamlining processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering tangible business value through <strong>ITSM and ESM solutions</strong>?</p><p>We’re expanding our team and seeking an experienced <strong>Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Consultant</strong> with a strong background in ITSM/ESM and a drive for creating scalable, impactful solutions.</p><p>If it sounds like you, and you're looking to develop your skills within a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you!</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul> <li>Design, implement, and continuously improve Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solutions tailored to the needs of large-scale organizations.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze challenges, and define strategic, value-driven solutions.</li> <li>Deliver, configure, and customize robust service management solutions using OpenText SMAX, ensuring scalability and performance.</li> <li>Contribute to the development, enhancement, and alignment of ITSM/ITIL processes with industry best practices and organizational goals.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li></ul><ul> <li>2–3 years of hands-on experience in ITSM/ESM projects.</li> <li>Practical knowledge of <strong>OpenText SMAX</strong> or similar platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, Freshdesk).</li> <li>Valid <strong>ITIL certification</strong> (v3 or 4).</li> <li>Familiarity with scripting and web services (REST/SOAP).</li> <li>Experience in IT process consulting or optimization is a plus</li> <li>Involvement in digital transformation or workflow automation initiatives is a strong asset</li> <li>Proficiency in English (written and spoken).</li> <li>Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.</li> </ul><p>We will offer you a friendly and dynamic working environment, in which you can develop your skills and competencies and a workplace with a strong focus on values and work-life balance.</p>
