Role

We are looking for a Principal Product Designer based in San Jose, CA (Hybrid), reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Design within the Product Management department. We built our architecture from the ground up as a platform that could extend to new features and services, and our Product Management team takes hold of this massive opportunity to deliver a growing portfolio of capabilities in threat prevention, visibility, scalability, and business enablement. What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

• Lead end-to-end product designs across multiple products and creating experiences that delight customers

• Develop scalable and flexible global design guidelines to ensure consistent user interfaces as our product portfolio grows

• Rapidly visualize and prototype multiple product directions, validating hypotheses, and understanding business and technical impacts

• Drive innovation in experience design by applying best practices and deep user understanding through research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability tests

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Content, and Marketing to deliver a cohesive experience across all channels

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 10+ years of UX and/or Product Design experience, including at least 5 years designing for enterprise or B2B domains

• Demonstrated track record of shipping world-class product designs using Figma, Sketch, or comparable tools, with a focus on creating simple, intuitive solutions for complex problems

• Strong visual design skills with expertise in creating pixel-perfect, high-fidelity designs and contributing to Design Systems
