Description
Commercial and Residential Management Group is looking for a Maintenance Superintendent with amazing team-leading ability, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service to work at the 65-unit apartment community of Columbus Village and the 40-unit apartment community of The Court Yard. You will be responsible for providing and overseeing all structural, mechanical maintenance, janitorial, and grounds care for a CRMG-managed property ensuring a safe, secure, and pleasant environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
As the Maintenance Superintendent, you ensure all building systems adhere to safety regulations and codes. This involves conducting regular inspections, performing preventative maintenance, and addressing any issues promptly. You oversee and perform a range of tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance, and HVAC repairs for the property.
Location: McMinnville and Salem
Hourly Rate: $28
Schedule: FT M-F, 8am - 5pm
Weekly Contracted Hours: 40
Additional Compensation: A monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend and $150 mileage allowance

Full-time 30+ hours a week

A Skills Assessment test will be conducted prior to extending an offer. A pre-employment background check is required on all final candidates
Requirements
What you will bring as the Maintenance Superintendent:
- High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related field.
- One (1) year of supervisory experience.
- Certification in Building System Maintenance (SMC) is preferred.
- Expert knowledge and experience of building systems including HVAC, and fire safety systems.
- Experience and advanced knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair.
- A positive attitude with the ability to motivate and support all members of your property team, modeling the behavior of how to get the job done when it needs to be done!
