The Senior Associate role at CEPRES demands a set of skills specific to the Private Market and interpersonal skills to be able to rise in a fast expanding cutting edge FinTech company.
Key responsibilities:
- Be the expert of Private Market industry, CEPRES proprietary private market database and all our product lines and solutions to serve as SME across different activities, e.g., client demo, product design and requirement definition.
- Understand client data and analysis needs, coordinate client investment data collection and handling, align client expectations. Find solutions for the clients for both out-of-box analysis and complex customized quantitative and/or qualitative analysis.
- Manage internal stakeholders across different functions to help onboard client data and analysis activities successfully onto the CEPRES platform.
- Strengthen client engagement by maintaining regular contact with clients and building a trusted relationship. Work with the relevant internal and external stakeholders on the establishment and implementation of frameworks for both operational and ad-hoc deliverables to ensure client satisfaction aligned with the service level agreement.
- Manage and motivate a team of analysts across multiple locations on the progress of assigned projects. Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Monitor and enhance the efficiency of the currently set operational frameworks. Think critically and innovatively about automation possibilities with quality guarantees.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance or Fin tech related industries, preferably in a client-facing role. Background from Private Market Investments/Investment Banking FinTech is a plus.
