What does a Lead Counter Server do?                                            

• Demonstrates exceptional guest service by selling Food & Beverage items, accepting orders, and delivering food to guests in a timely manner.
• Continually operates cash register and accepts payment for Food & Beverage product(s) while ensuring accuracy when making change.
• Respond to guest inquiries about food items, prices, preparation methods, sales, and product availability, while consistently up-selling F&B products.
• Always ensure that café area is kept orderly and continually clean and sanitize counter in designated areas.

 

To be successful as a Lead Counter Server, you'll need:

• Must have the ability to ring in orders and settle checks on Point of Sale system.
• Previous Food & Beverage experience a plus.
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• The ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule.
• The ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
