The Marketing Coordinator will assist in implementing multi-channel marketing plans that drive growth and community engagement, encourage positive brand reputation, and effectively promote Terros Health and the wonderful services we provide to our community members and patients. This role is also responsible for collaborating with leadership and the Communication Strategist to create, edit, and publish social media content that aligns with internal and external communications strategies and reflects Terros Health’s core values of Hope, Health, and Healing. The Marketing Coordinator will assist with the creation of a variety of branded graphic design projects and the development of photographic, video, and other visual content for print and digital channels.

 

This role reports to the Communication Strategist and has strong day-to-day interactions with the rest of the Marketing and Internal Communications teams. This position will be required to collaborate with various staff within and outside the department.

 

•    Create, edit, and publish digital and print content that reflects Terros Health’s core values that highlights the services Terros Health provides.
•    Capture and edit engaging photo and video content at Terros Health events and locations.
•    Execute a results-driven social media strategy that promotes a balanced approach of marketing, community, company news, recruiting, and            related content.
•    Address messages, comments, and reviews sent via email, website, or social media accounts. Ensure comments are responded to                            professionally to maintain our online credibility and authenticity.
•    Monitor and track social media activity and provide analytic reports as requested
•    Research & identify best practices and emerging trends in social media, looking for ways to improve social community engagement via                 consistent activity.
•    Create a variety of branded graphic design projects for print and digital channels.
•    Attend planning meetings to develop strategies that support marketing, communications and HR recruiting initiatives
•    Maintain a consistent brand voice and look across all social media platforms and printed/digital content

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
•    1-3 years’ experience with Canva, iMovie, and/or other graphic design and editing software
