About the role
The YouVersion Group Office Leader is primarily responsible for providing logistical support for the YouVersion Engineering Group as a whole and the Central Group Leader (CGL), including the Senior Team Leaders of the Engineering Group. This role will focus on creating and maintaining culture, ensuring efficient and effective use of time, key meetings, and attention on behalf of the entire Engineering Group. This role (operationally) supports the team's direction, initiatives, and ministry efforts to achieve outcomes that further Life.Church’s mission and reach people for Christ.

What You'll Do
- Manage the CGL's and Senior Team Leaders’ calendars, coordinate schedules, make travel arrangements, and oversee inbox organization, notifying leaders of urgent requests.
- Organize and prepare for group meetings and cross-team events by assisting with content preparation, communication, and follow-up items on behalf of leaders.
- Assist with P-card management and coding for the group, CGL and/or Senior Team Leaders.
- Screen, route, and ensure response of leader inbox.
- Contribute to organization-wide efforts and manage group participation when applicable.
- Maintain healthy cross-team relationships within YouVersion and the Directional Leadership Team office.
- Communicate on behalf of the CGL and the department.
- Develop and maintain relationships with all group staff to better anticipate and understand needs and offer support and coaching as appropriate.
- Collaborate with group leaders to plan and execute group meetings to ensure alignment, communication, and team development.
- Assist in the planning and execution of team celebrations, gatherings, and annual events.

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and problem solve.
- Effective at multi-tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines while remaining flexible and open to change.
- Ability to manage conflict and differing opinions while maintaining composure.
- Maintain flexibility and initiate processes and projects while exemplifying a high level of customer service.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of related work experience.
