Location & Schedule
This is an hourly position where you can expect to work on site at Denver International Airport up to five days a week, which will include swing and weekend shifts. All scheduling is subject to adjustment and is based on operational needs of the business.

We are looking to hire our next Airport Security Compliance Coordinator to join the DEN Team!
Airport Security is a section within the Airport Operations Division at Denver International Airport (DEN) and is comprised of two distinct units: Badging & Permitting (B&P) and Compliance & Enforcement (C&E). The Airport Security Compliance Coordinator reports to the C&E team and supports the oversight and coordination of security guard contract audits to ensure compliance with the Airport Security Program (ASP), TSA regulations, and contract requirements. This position serves as a key liaison between DEN Airport Security and security guard contractors, supporting the department's goals through compliance monitoring, performance evaluation, stakeholder engagement, invoice review, and administrative support. The Airport Security Compliance Coordinator also serves as a central point of contact for DEN departments, airport stakeholders, contractors, and TSA.
The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, positive, and self-motivated, with the ability to exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced, regulated environment. This individual will support airport operations, projects, and contracts in a manner that promotes regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, accountability, and positive stakeholder experience. The successful candidate will possess strong communications skills both verbal and written. Candidate must be flexible in their day-to-day activities being able to adapt priorities. Analytical and organization skills are a must for this position. Candidate must maintain exceptional attention to detail while delivering information in a productive professional manner.
As an Airport Security Compliance Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinates functional activities of the airport Security Guard contracts to ensure adherence to the Airport Security Program, TSA regulations, Denver Municipal Airport System Rules and Regulations, and the contracts.
- Ensure contract compliance by observing, testing, and auditing guards
- Supports the oversight of Security Guard contracts by analyzing performance data, conducting observations, audits, inspections, field testing, attending events requiring guards, invoice reviews, and providing recommendations to improve contractor performance and regulatory compliance.
- Supports contractor training related to contract requirements, the implementation of new procedures, operational changes, and the deployment of new security technologies to ensure consistent compliance and effective operations.
