Clarivate is seeking to hire on a collaborative Credit & Collections Manager to join our global Finance team! In this role, you will manage a team of collection specialists and analysts who investigate delinquent accounts, analyze account performance, make recommendations to release orders on past due accounts and investigate bankruptcy claims. Partnering cross-functionally, you will manage efforts and/or refer accounts to third party action when internal collections are not effective.

- 5+ years of high-volume B2B Collections experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience

- Monitor team results and report on metrics
- Motivate team members
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Suggest and organize team building activities
- Handle and manage Collections, Credit Risk, Dispute Management, Refunds, Reporting, Self-Assessments
About the Team
We are a very successful Collections Team within Clarivate with a knack of maximizing cash collections while providing "best in class" customer service.
Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
This is a hybrid position working in the Tempe, AZ office 2-3 days a week.
