The Job:   

As a Lead Analyst, you’ll be part of our Information Technology Global Engineering team working as a hybrid employee.  You’ll get to:    

• Apply understanding of business processes and technical skills to successful completion of projects.

• Develop understanding of project requirements and client’s business.

• Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group.

• Responsible for executing on functional and business goals.

• Influences individuals within and outside the IT department.

• Analyzes quantitative, qualitative and trend data.

• Solves problems impacting the area in a systematic and clear manner that can be understood by subordinates and colleagues.

• Sets project timeframes and priorities based on project objectives and ongoing assignments.

• Adapts communication techniques for audiences at multiple internal/external levels.

• Frequent contact with internal and external contacts at various leadership levels to obtain and allocate resources and complete specific phases of projects.

The Person:

• 10+ years of experience with Engineering CAD, PLM, and Design and Analysis systems

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience leading and collaborating with global, cross-functional, multi-cultural teams,

• Ability to define complex data environments and associated detailed roadmaps to support product related investments.

• Undergraduate degree (sciences, engineering or mathematics preferred) or 10 years equivalent work experience in IT technologies.
