Join us and experience firsthand why we are consistently recognized as a Best Place to Work globally by Built In, Fortune, and Great Place To Work®.</p></div><p>The Technical Partner Management (TPM) team owns the end-to-end technical health, expansion, and evolution of Yext’s Publisher Network.</p> <p>As a <strong>Technical Partner Manager (TPM)</strong>, you will operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Publisher Partnerships, and Operations to design, implement, and maintain high-impact publisher integrations across Yext’s Listings ecosystem. TPMs combine systems thinking, integration architecture, technical investigation, and execution leadership to ensure publisher integrations are scalable, reliable, and continuously improving.</p> <p>This is a highly technical, cross-functional role that blends integration ownership, operational rigor, and structured solution design. TPMs are trusted technical leads for the Publisher Network and play a critical role in reducing Engineering overhead while increasing integration quality and velocity.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <h4>Own End-to-End Publisher Integrations</h4> <ul> <li>Lead technical discovery for new and existing publisher integrations by analyzing API documentation, changelogs, and system behavior</li> <li>Define detailed functional and technical requirements for integrations, new fields, and feature expansions</li> <li>Partner directly with Engineering to drive implementation from specification through QA and release</li> <li>Validate edge cases and ensure integrations meet expected behavior and performance standards prior to launch</li> <li>Continuously evolve integrations as publisher capabilities and Yext products expand</li> </ul> <h4>Drive Integration Health &amp; System Reliability</h4> <ul> <li>Define, monitor, and continuously improve KPIs for integration health</li> <li>Build and maintain monitoring using SQL, Snowflake, Python, and observability tools (e.g., dashboards, alerting systems)</li> <li>Proactively identify systemic issues and implement scalable solutions rather than one-o
