Your Impact

  • Lead individual and Team projects to complete data wrangling, visualization and stewardship requirements
  • Represent the business with ownership of the telemetry data domain and work closely with Digital and IT to ensure data quality and continuous development for use-cases
  • Partner with Data Science team for data structuring, enriching, verifying and publishing analytics outcomes
  • Manage the team responsible for data stewardship, data engineering (non-production), and data visualization
  • Develop, test and enhance the automation process for data enriching and cleansing

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science or IT
  • 5+ years’ experience in Data Stewardship and Data Science with 1+ years’ experience managing teams of Data, Visualization and Engineering professionals Ability to work with Bills of Material; using technical aids, IT systems and other computer-based processes
  • Strong knowledge about data matching and transformation logics and solutions (model, algorithm)
  • Strong knowledge about data management platform (validation, matching, deduplication)
  • Experience / skills in analytics programming (Python, Spark and SQL) and cloud computing (e.g. AWS, AZURE, Databricks)

You will work a hybrid schedule; providing the opportunity to balance work-from-home with onsite attendance at our Duluth, GA site to team up with your wonderful AGCO colleagues.
